Fluffy Cloud’s animated film for the Swedish City of Umea's successful bid for the EUROPEAN CAPITAL OF CULTURE 2014. Originally created for an international jury that has become a milestone declaration of ambition and forward thinking for UMEA.

We are taken on a journey through the history of Umea, it’s unique location, people and culture, assets, accomplishments, set backs, future goals and ambitions.

The film is shown to visitors to the city today as it captures Umea’s vision in a profound way. It has proven longevity not only for elegance in the execution, but for the clarity and sharpness of the script. The animation is set to an original score performed by a String Quartet.
